Our mission
Due diligence is the most expensive cognitive labor in finance. Analysts at venture, private equity, credit, and M&A teams spend a third of their week reading the same financial documents for the same set of red flags, KPIs, and structural risks.
We think modern language models, paired with a strict source-citation discipline, can compress that work to minutes without compromising the audit trail. That is the entire product.
The shipped surface today: Diligence Co-Pilot for sourced memos and risks, plus the wider feature inventory — data rooms, pipeline, compliance, integrations.
What we believe
Every feature ships only after at least one buy-side analyst tells us it removes a real hour from their week. We do not build for screenshots.
Numbers in a memo must trace back to a page in the source document. No hallucinated KPIs, no untraceable claims, ever.
We work for the analyst opening the data room, not the company sending it. That shapes every default in the product.

Team
The founding team comes out of buy-side investment research and applied machine-learning infrastructure. Combined, the team has opened more than four hundred data rooms across venture, growth, and credit mandates, and shipped production AI systems used by tens of thousands of analysts.
We are intentionally small and remote. Detailed bios will go up once each founder has given written consent for their full name to appear publicly.
